Privacy, in plain words
Short version: we keep nothing. There is no account, no database and no transcript. Close the tab and the conversation stops existing.
What we store
Nothing. There is no database behind this site. Your conversation is held in your browser's memory for as long as the tab stays open, and nowhere else. We do not use cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage to keep your messages. Refreshing the page, closing the tab, or pressing Forget everything erases it completely and permanently.
What we log
No message content, ever. The server receives your message, passes it to the language model, streams the reply back to you, and holds no record of any of it. Ordinary web-server request lines may exist briefly at the hosting layer (the sort of thing every web server on earth produces), and they never contain what you wrote.
Data processing and training
Your words are never used for training, profiling, advertising, personalisation or analytics. There is no analytics script on this site at all — no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no third-party scripts beyond the web font.
The one third party
To generate a reply, your message is sent to the language-model provider configured for this site, over an encrypted connection, so it can be answered. That provider handles it under their own terms and retention policy, which we do not control. Nothing identifying is attached: no account, no email, no name unless you happen to type one. If you would rather not involve a third party at all, the code for this site is self-hostable and can be pointed at a model running on your own machine.
What we never ask for
Your email, a password, your address, your card details, or any identity document. If anything on this page ever asks you for those, it is not us. The optional name you type at the start is used only to make the conversation feel personal within that tab.
Supporting the site
The tip jar is entirely optional and handled end to end by an external payment provider. We never see or hold your card details, and a tip is never linked to your conversation — the two systems do not know about each other.

- This is a friendly discussion with an AI persona, not advice from a professional. It is not therapy, counselling, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them.
- The AI can be wrong, and sometimes confidently so. Please do not make a serious decision about your health, money or legal situation based on what it says here.
- The site is offered as it is, free, with no guarantee that it will be available or that any particular reply will be useful.
- Please be over the age at which you can agree to online services where you live (16 in much of Europe, 13 in many other places).
- Be kind here — to yourself as much as anyone.
